🌻 Welcome to the Blog - Where Faith and Fiction Meet in Maple Gap
Hey there, friend - I’m so glad you stopped by!
Pull up a chair, pour yourself something good in your mason jar, and make yourself at home. Around here, we believe life’s sweetest moments are often the simplest ones - a good story, a shared laugh, a reminder that faith still weaves its way through everyday life.
This is where we’ll gather each week to visit a little town called Maple Gap, North Carolina - home to pie baker Deborah Livingston, flower shop owner Shannon Ingles, and steady-hearted Kelly Crenshaw - three lifelong friends who’ve learned that God’s grace can be found in everything from a missing pie plate to a small-town mystery.
Here on the blog, you’ll find:
🥧 Weekly stories from the Maple Gap Gazette - our hometown paper filled with cozy news, laughter, and the occasional bit of shenanigans.
📖 Behind-the-scenes peeks at my Mason Jar Mysteries book series.
🕯️ Faith reflections and encouraging notes - because we all need a little light to carry through the week.
🍎 Recipes & small-town favorites straight from the kitchens and cafés of Maple Gap.
My hope is that every visit here feels like coming home - a place where stories and scripture meet, hearts are encouraged, and joy is served up warm.
Thank you for being here, truly. Your time, your support, and your heart for faith-filled fiction mean more than you know.
Now go on - explore, read, laugh a little, and let’s find grace together, one story at a time.
With love and gratitude,
💛 Tralyn Smith
